    Easy to handle, designed for durability

    Our uprights are constructed from aluminum profiles and water-resistant hardwood panels. The aluminum profiles are fully welded (instead of spot welded) all around, providing increased strength. Additionally, they are rounded for a more comfortable grip. With a sandblasted and coated aluminum surface, the color adheres better.

    The aluminum used for the feet of the uprights and base components is reinforced with thicker aluminum, reducing the likelihood of dents (e.g., from a fallen bar). The feet are finished with PVC noses, and the top of the aluminum profiles is fitted with PVC caps.

    High-quality and reliable production

    In our production process, we strive for unmatched quality and durability in our show jumping equipment. Our poles are made from crossed wood, preventing dry cracks. They undergo a special oven drying process to minimize warping.

    Underneath the colorful finish, customized to match your logo, lies 1 layer of primer and 2 layers of paint. Each pole is hand-painted to ensure meticulous coverage control. The elastic water-based acrylic topcoat protects the wood from weather elements such as sun and rain, providing water repellency.
