Raw materials and components

At TopJumps, we attach great importance to the quality of our raw materials, as they form the foundation for durable and high-quality obstacles. Our jumps consist primarily of two essential components: aluminum and wood.

What sets us apart?

Design and guidance

By listening and asking the right questions, we understand what the customer is truly looking for. Our extensive stock often offers an immediate solution. If not, a design is created for the customer by our in-house designer.

Crosswood poles

We only use the finest quality crosswood poles. To ensure wood stability, our poles undergo a special oven drying process. Poles are manually painted with primer and 2 coats of varnish, after which color patterns are applied.

Aluminum wings

Top Jumps consciously opts for an aluminum base instead of wood. Aluminum offers durability and prevents issues such as rot, discoloration, and warping that can occur with wooden materials in damp conditions like tide and flood arenas or excessive irrigation.

Sturdy construction

Our aluminum profiles are welded all around (NOT spot welded) for extra strength. Aluminum is first sandblasted and then coated for optimal color adhesion. The feet of uprights and bases are reinforced with thicker aluminum profiles, making them more impact-resistant. The feet are finished with sturdy PVC noses, while the tops of the profiles have PVC caps. All wings have rounded corners for a more comfortable grip.

Hardwood panels

Regarding the sheet material, we exclusively use waterproof hardwood panels. These are resistant to moisture and weather, making them ideal for use in frequently watered or tide/volume arenas. They offer durability and stability, ensuring the longevity of our obstacles.

Paint and finishing

We always use an elastic water-based acrylic paint. This protects the wood from weather effects (sun and rain) and is easily washable. When spraying sheet material, we closely monitor the thickness of the paint. Screws are always plugged so they are no longer visible.

We understand the importance of smooth delivery or pickup of your materials. We offer comprehensive services to make things easy for you.

Our team is ready to use either our own transport or external carriers to deliver materials to your desired location. You can also choose to pick up the materials yourself from our workshop in Kampenhout.

We ensure that your obstacle materials reach you on time and in perfect condition, allowing you to start immediately.
