THE QUESTION
Over the years, Top Jumps and Bourne Hill Stables have kept in touch, resulting in a solid bond between a loyal customer and a producer who goes the extra mile.
In early 2024, Jane and Roland were looking to revamp their obstacle equipment. The latter is passionate about motorsports, more specifically Formula 1, and Star Wars and challenged their groom to come up with some wonderful “out of the box” designs. Moreover, he had some very specific ideas for 3D jumps, such as traffic lights, the Smurfs, etc.
In addition, they were looking for training materials to resell to fellow riders in the UK.
THE SOLUTION
At Top Jumps, we are always eager to see a 3D computer design come to life in our production warehouse. So our team was extra motivated to start producing these challenging jumps. Needless to say, everyone was very excited when they were displayed on the hallowed ground of Bourne Hill Stables.
We are more than happy to have spent countless hours on these eye-catchers and felt challenged to the limit in creating unique beam designs to match.
New sponsors (like Aston Martin and Coppard) and loyal sponsors (like Apex Car Rental and The Billy Stud) also contributed this time. For them we created a new obstacle that, together with the others, forms a beautiful whole.
For the 2024 Olympics in Paris, Bourne Hill is hosting training sessions for the United Arab Emirates team (with William Funnel as chef d’equipe).
When their hampers are delivered, I am simply amazed at the quality of their workmanship, especially when it comes to making an idea a reality. What was the deciding factor for me to order from them again was the condition of our previous equipment: they were in great condition, almost like new. We knew we had found a great hurdle supplier whose product can really stand the test of time.
