THE SOLUTION
We have been working with Frank, Louis and Bas Verhoeven for a number of years and got to know them better. Each of them are fine people with whom it is good to communicate and trust. Few words are needed to make everything run smoothly.
Beforehand, the obstacle list is discussed with the course designer and with the organizer. Then comes the logistical part. Everything just in time so no one has unnecessary stress and can focus on their core business.
